I’m currently doing fix n flips. However, I’d rather be holding multi families. I use the fix n flip strategy to build capital. What are the advantages of becoming a realtor? What are the possibilities?

I have been an investor long before I became an agent. It did not make me a better investor. When you look at our portfolio growth you can see that the years after I got licensed were not very good. We are back on track now, but I can't get those years back.

Also, you would not hire an agent who has your qualifications (zero experience), why would you hire yourself. There is a good chance your rookie mistakes will cost you more than safe.
