Any agents currently working rentals in Lex Ky. I have gotten a TON of inquiries for rentals and really have no idea about to handle them all. My brokerage doesn’t really have agents that handle rentals but I see it as client conversion and referrals and some income until I’m able to build my business with sellers and buyers.

How do you screen these tenants?

Present them to landlords?

GET PAID!!

And also what would you have them sign so your not wasting your time?
