New Agent selling Multi Family

Hey everyone,

Just started into my agent career about 2 months ago. I’ve done 3 deals now acreages/single family. I’ve got my first client looking for multi family properties. Particularly triplexes. Any tips on doing these transactions? Or any help at all would be great thanks!!
