I am reading and working my way through then ”to do” list in the The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book.

On thing I had been pushing myself to create a market evaluation report on our city to share with investors and lenders and educate them about the incredible opportunities we have here.

I finally finished it and it is seeming to help them see what’s happening here.

Question - do lenders care to see market conditions of a community when underwriting a deal?
