Mortgage for Under 100,000
I am trying to buy a STR next to a lake. The purchase price is 117,500 and we have enough for a 20% down payment. However, all of the banks we've talked are not able to get us a loan for such a small amount. Does anyone know of any lenders that are able to do this??
