Advice for getting started as an MLO

I'm about 3 years from military retirement, getting going on STR investing, and interested in learning and getting certified as an MLO or other mortgage professional. I'll be relocating later this year, most likely to Jacksonville, FL

Which online training and certification courses are recommended?

Are there any opportunities to work/assist part time, remotely, based on my active duty schedule?

I'm familiar with DoD Skillbridge and plan on using it when eligible.

Any other general advice?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Hey Ryan! I'm an MLO - happy to connect if you want to PM me.  I use Learn Mortgage for all of my certifications and continuing education.
