Financing investment property
I currently own a primary residence that I would continue to reside. Looking to pick up a duplex but I’m not real sure where to start. I chatted with rocket mortgage and they said for investment property they would be 25% down and 250+ loan. I’ve found what I’m looking for around 100-150k. The 25% down isn’t a problem.
