I am currently serving in the navy and at the end of 2021 I closed on my first deal. Now going into 2022 I am looking for my next deal and I’d like to work with a lender or partner. What are some things I need to know before moving into a deal with a lender and where can I find one?

1) did you use  a lender on the  first deal you closed in 2021?  if so - why don't you use the same lender ?

2) ask friends / colleagues  for  lender  referrals -  contact them and   then decide on one to use - get pre approved
