100% financing based on cash flow
I am curious if there are any lenders out there that will do 100% financing based on a properties ability to cash flow? This will be my first investment property other than my house that I couldn't sell and decided to rent out. I currently do not have extra funds for a down payment and am working my way out of debt so my DTI is a little inverted at the moment.
