newbie seeks cash-out lender in Akron area
Hello BP Community... newbie here! Getting into sec8 rentals in Akron area and have two houses (mortgage-free) that I'd like to start with. Already passed PHA inspections and have tenants in place...yay! Any lenders active in the area that offer cash-out refi's here? Any idea how much I would be able to borrow? I've heard 80%, which would give me enough to buy another one in this area. Appreciate any and all input!
