Condo Conversion/Renovation project in Denver

Hello,

I have a condo conversion/renovation project under contract in Denver. My partner and I are looking for a good lender with high Loan to Purchase ratio and low points. Like everyone. Plenty of experience and good books, also have the plans in place. Looking for around $2.3 mil plus renovation costs.
