Multifamily Investing -Southern NJ

Jeffrey Scully
Posted

Hi all,

I am looking for a broker who specializes in/has experience with multifamily investors in Southern NJ. I am brand new and my wife and I are looking to acquire our first multifamily property in the near future. Given that we already own a home and are unable to move, FHA won't be an option (I believe?) I would love to connect with others here that can begin to point us in the right direction to get the ball rolling as we are nearing the point of having the cash on hand to obtain our first property

I am familiar with SJREIA and have signed up but have not attended any meetings yet, but plan to do so soon.

Thank you,

Jeff

Hey @Jeffrey Scully,

your definitely in the right place. You can find many motivated sellers, Tired Landlords, High Equity properties, Pre-Foreclosures and many other property types on propstream.com and other similar websites.

Have you thought about refinancing your current home to get you the cash you need to help you with your first purchase?
