Interest rate quotes are all over the place
It's crazy on the quotes I've seen on an investment property I'm trying to finance. I've seen quotes from 5-9%. It's like the wild wild west out there. I guess the bankers are trying to figure out the new normal.

I’ve seen it all as well. I think they’re all just figuring it out 😂 I work with a few great mortgage brokers who’s rates are typically half a point less than retail lenders but this week, they’re not much different. I guess it also depends what type of loan you’re seeking as well.
