DSCR mortgage, non-resident

Hi all,

I'm an architect and developer based in Europe and considering investing in the US - new builds and BRRRR.

If I bought and renovated a property in 100% cash, would it be possible to refinance with a DSCR mortgage, being a non-resident?

Hey Rafael,

Got it! You're an architect and developer based in Europe, looking to jump into the US property market with new builds and the BRRRR strategy. It's like turning your skills into a global real estate recipe!

Like others have mentioned you would qualify for a DSCR. We specialize on working with rental properties and have many out of country clients. Please feel free to PM me more information about the property. 70-75% LTV

Do you have a green card, visa, or ssn/Itin number? What part of Europe are your from? Always here to help!
