Looking for anyone with prior experience with Community Investment Corporation (CIC) in Chicago. They seem to have good loan options for multifamily investors but there is barely any information about them on the internet outside their website.

@Jay Thomas we have been doing business with CIC for 15 years now and speak highly of them.  They have good programs and will do things other banks cant do.  I will send you a DM with an interview we did with the leader of lending and then the director of services.  

They also have a great property management training that every Chicago landlord should participate in.
