Beware of SilverSky Capital
Stay away from Silversky capital out of Lubbock, TX.
They took our application fee and then did nothing. Did not communicate for 3 weeks and did not do any underwriting or order any appraisal / survey. When we requested a refund they just ghosted us.
Dealt with Jerry Yang and Guatam Shah. They are nothing but scam artists. Stay away from them.
