Hello, I’m looking to see if anyone may recommend a lender or lenders who offer the Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation loan. The property is located in Dilley, TX on 17 acres. Looking to buy for myself and make it my homestead. I looked into a USDA loan but didn’t fit the requirements as far as rehab costs. I apologize in advance if I have failed to provide any other pertinent information.
