Anyone tried DSCR loans? What are pros and cons of DSCR loans? Any good lender around the Atlanta area.

Use the find a lender tool under "Build Your Team" located in the top tool bar of BP. Make sure your really run the DSCR numbers with your lender to avoid getting stuck. Good luck!
