Missing Payment History
I own the second promissory note on a condominium in Alexandria VA and the borrower wants to challenge my right to collect payments in court. What I need is to find the payment history on the loan dating back to 2005 in order to prove the balance due but I don't have it. At that time the loan belonged to a corporation and I do not know what servicer they used, if it was serviced in house, or any of the particulars. Can you give me any tips on how I should begin to go about locating this payment history?
