Does anyone have any experience working with Bluprint Home Loans? I met them at an STR Conference last year. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

    @Dick O'Hare, I'm not familiar with Blueprint, but there are several lenders within the Bigger Pockets directory the lend on STRs. If it's a refinance you might have buy down options available to get the rate a little lower. Best of luck!
