HELOC Rates
Offered HELOC at closing of mortgage. Prime (8.25) plus 1.99 which is terrible. Have a great FICO in the top 700's. Why does a major bank hand out such high rates when I see better rates at prime or prime - everywhere?
Now I'm worried since I probably won't use this HELOC that it will lower my FICO simply having open credit show up in the revolving category.
