Closing a Refi Loan (Weird Situation)
Hello, I had closing set today for my cash-out refinance. The attorney/notary never showed up with closing documents to sign & rocket mortgage had already released the funds to my bank account. Did I just gain free cash (Probably not)? Wondering how I should go about this (maybe I can get the closing fees paid for, etc)?
