Qualifications for SFR rentals
I am new and have only rehabbed one home which I sold. I would like to be able to start building an inventory of rentals but I have very limited cash on hand and my income is very low also. I believe I can obtain private money to purchase and rehab a property but I am unsure of ability to qualify for a loan to carry the property as a rental.
