Lending fees in Miami

I am in the process of buying a house in Miami, and I live in California. I am taking a loan of $280,000 but for some reason, the lender I am talking to is charging me about $6800 of lender fees in the closing costs quote that he provided, along with other overpriced charges that I have not received when I got a previous loan from a different lender in California. If you are a lender and can provide me with different numbers, please reach out! thank you
