What Soft Pull Service do you use? Private Lender

I am a private lender in FL, and looking for a good solution for soft credit pulls and background checks to pair with my initial borrower application. Ideally want an integrated solution that can take the SSN input from the application and automatically request the soft pull and background data. 

We are Asset based, but want to know what the borrowers track record is as well to ensure we are not throwing money away.
