Defy mortgage bad customer service
Buyer beware — horrible business practices. Charlie Rogan originally quoted me 80% loan-to-value with a 1% origination fee. By the time we reached closing, the terms suddenly changed to 75% LTV. Instead of honoring the original agreement or correcting their mistake, I was told to "take it or leave it." Completely unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Defy.
