WA State Hard Money Broker Referral Needed

Hello all,

I do realize an MLO License is not required in the state of WA to lend private money. That being said I am building a team to scale my lending. I am a Trust Deed Investor looking to connect with a local hard money broker. Please let me know if you, or anyone you know currently works as a Hard Money Broker aka Private Money Lender, as I am needing to expand my team.

Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you would like to chat one on one.

Thank you,

Kevin Moen

I use Ian Morrell ([email protected]).  Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I haven't used them, but I hear only good things about Andy Park (Double Haul Capital) and Fred Rae (Rain City Capital).
