Promissory Notes
I was wondering if anyone had a straight answer regarding advertising a note.
As I understand realtors and mortgage brokers can advertise notes, but what about individuals? For example, there are sites out there where notes can be advertised, such as LoanMLS, and notemarketplace.com It appears individuals can advertise notes on these sites. The question is that legal without the note being registered? Has anyone had any experience with these sites?
