The scenario is: I'm currently in great standings with my current job that I've been at for over three years.  It's sales and I'm trying to get into the Marketing industry to pick up some more skill sets that will help me in Real Estate.  The job I would be going to is around the same pay also.

I switched jobs 2 months before I bought my second home with no issues. You should be fine as long as you can provide pay stubs. Goodluck!

@Benjamin Blackburn Its not so much about changing jobs. What is needed is min 2 yr of continuous work in the same field, with steady or upward salary move.

There are some exceptions.
