Contract with Fannie Mae: Rehabbing and Selling Foreclosures

Hello,

If your not familiar with Todd Chrisley, reality tv star of "Chrisley Knows Best," I suggest researching how he made all his money- which was in real estate investing. Granted, for reasons unclear, he filed Chapter 7 and is negative -$46,000,000 in debt. Aside from that, he allegedly made his first $8,000,000 or so in 2004 with an asset management company he sold in 2008. At the same time, he launched Chrisley Asset Management and soon after signed a contract with Fannie Mae to rehabilitate and sell their foreclosed homes. How does one go about this?
