Wells Fargo seasoning requirements?
I got an offer on a wholesale flip today from a buyer preapproved by Wells Fargo. I just bought the house a month ago and havent done much to it, will I have issues with seasoning?

There's no real seasoning on a sale, unless it's FHA, then you can't sign a contract with an FHA buyer for 90 from your acquisition.
