30 year hard money loan
I am currently shopping for a 30 year fixed. My debt to income is too high to do a fannie or freddie. I am currently talking to Lima One Capital, 6.5% adverstised rate, but hard to get that rate. I'm looking at about 7%. Anyone, have any other companies they suggest? Looked at the list on BP for Indian, but hard to find any loaning 60k or less.
