Looking for lender in Ohio
Hello guys and gals,
I got a deal structured where I got the seller to carry back the 20% down payment for a 6 unit complex. So I'm in the market for a commercial loan for the remaining 80%. Any one got any recommendations on banks. The property is in Ohio and the seller is carrying back $37,000 and I'm responsible for the $145000 (80%) through bank financing. Im not opposed to any private lenders if the rate and terms work.
