HELOC on My Primary Residence
I have been trying to find a bank to give me a home equity line of credit on my primary residence in Miami, FL. I have about $200k in equity, but am running into the issue where traditional banks will not qualify me because I have 7 financed properties. Does anyone know of a bank that is more lenient on these types of policies? I have excellent credit and income and will have no problem qualifying.
