how to help seller clear judgement liens
Hi, BP World I have seller with a credit card lien against her property and she nor does the closing attorney knows where to send the proceeds to clear the lien. Seller has filed bankruptcy and the collection company is out of business, has anyone dealt with this problem before. Thanks
