Hello fellow BiggerPocket Bloggers!!! My name is Chelsie I am brand new to the RE game and I am very interested in three townhouse properties I just found!!! I am looking for a bank that would do a blanket loan for these three townhouse properties in the Brevard County area in Florida. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. Also, anyone feel free to comment about their experiences with a blanket loan, I am curious about the process and qualifications for this type of loan. Here are the basics of the properties I found: $39K each, all are 2/2, 1,070SF, built in 1985 and across the way from a local college Thank you, Chelsie See
