Borrowing against an IRA.

Hi Bigger Pockets

I have a friend in Wilmington NC, Who has fell in love with a scheduled foreclosure auction home. We understand the risks and the process of buying from the trustee auction. For her, paying cash is the issue. She has her savings in some type of IRA fund.

My question to Bigger pockets:

Are there any recommended and reputable lenders who lend against an IRA Fund?

We would like to explore the options for this type of sale.

Thank you
