Need advise on 203K Loan
Hey guys can anyone help me with some advice with the 203k loan. Are there disadvantages on this loan vs other loans. I have a deal under contract and i dont have much skin to put in the game as far as down payment. I dont wana lose out on this deal. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
