hello BP, its been a while since I've made a post. Cant imagine what i would do without all the great advice and information from here! thanks everyone!   with that said

So, Im looking to close on my 4th duplex in October/ November and Im starting to run out of liquid cash funds for down payments etc. Does anyone know a lender who will approve a credit line for acquisition costs for positive cash flowing realestate?

thanks everyone!

 Mike,

The LOC is still out there. Pretty document heavy in the beginning, but they work really well for purchases down the road.
