Hi Guys, I am just trying to hear from private money lenders here on biggerpockets, how is their experience, specially in New jersey area. what difficulties they face, what are pros and cons based on their experience. what are different terms and conditions they follow etc.
how is investment in lending as compared to buy and rent.
