Trouble finding brokers in Florida
My wife and I have decided to purchase a 4-plex in Florida as an investment. I've been on Loopnet strictly looking for brokers that have 4-plexes available. I've messaged a few brokers asking them to send me listings (not interested in any listings on Loopnet) and I've gotten zero responses.
Is there a good way to find brokers that actually want to help me besides Loopnet.com?
