Time to Hold Mortgage after Buying
If I bought a home under market value and wanted to sell it shortly after purchase, how long must I wait? I understand the 2 years of occupancy hit to capital gains and there is enough equity to make it worth the selling costs. Just didn’t know if there was any technical timeline.
