Emerald Creek Capital or other recommendation

Any one have any experience with Emerald Creek Capital that they'd like to share? I have a request for a commercial loan in NH, and the loan size is higher than my company resources can provide.

So I'd like to search for an alternate source because it's a highly unusual loan with potential. Loan size is 4 million. For confidentiality, I will not post details on BP.

Alternatively, although I have connections with many hard money companies nationally, I'd like recommendations from anyone with a positive experience with one of the national companies, so that I can find new sources. I'm pretty well aware of all the local HML's.
