Has anyone done business with a company called DoHardMoney?

has anyone heard of or done business with a company called Do Hard Money? they offering 100% finance and help on finding deals. they want $3000 up front but say I'll get it back after first deal. not sure what the specifics of the loan are yet. I was just curious if anyone has delt with them, are they legit?

they say you dont need to pay the 3k up front..  very mixed reviews. i understand their position but its not industry norm.. what i have heard others say is that their criteria becomes so hard for 100% financing they can never find a deal that works.. and they just lose the 3k.. or should i say they bought 3k info package.. and what others say is you get the hard sell on pay ing the 3k up front when the owner off the company comes on here and says NO you dont need to pay it.. but thats not what others say in posts on this website.

For awhile they were selling fake proof of funds on their website for a monthly fee lol. If that doesn't tell you something I don't know what would. Although to be fair I was involved in 2 or 3 sales where the buyer (not represented by me) used them & did make it to the closing table. So I do have 1st hand proof that they do indeed close some loans.

This is a topic that comes up quite often. I'd suggest using the search feature in the menu ribbon to find other posts that already have a ton of posts to get a better sense of what people think about that company.

yes after I posted this. I saw some other similar post. I see mixed reviews. mainly they are legit just over priced. however it still might be worth it just for the experience for a beginner. I'm still unsure at this point

I have heard of them in my research, but unfortunately they do not lend in my area, NY. Have you googled their reviews and maybe watched some youtube videos of people who used them?
