Portland Appraisal Assistant
Does anyone know of any Certified Residential Appraisers in the Portland that may be looking to hire and train an Appraisal Assistant?
I have a four year degree and I've completed the 75 hours of online classes through the Appraisal Institute. I have listened to over 100 hours of BP podcasts, read over 18 Real Estate Investing books, and am very excited to start my career in Real Estate and in a few years, get into investing with a ton more knowledge.
I have been going to the monthly Appraisal meetings in the Portland Oregon area for a few months now, and I've had a few peoplhe show interest, but nothing definitive.
