Commercial agent for small residential properties?
My wife and I are looking to get into some small rental properties over the next 2-3 years. 3-6 units each maybe. We have a good relationship with our area’s leading commercial broker but he is not a member of the mls. Any reason working with an mls agent would be an advantage instead? What’s your favorite type of agent for this size property?
