Does anyone have or know of a bank/lender who would consider a refinance opportunity on a nonprofit, faith based organization?

Preferably not HM/PM please.

Looking for about $6mm to refi out of a construction loan. Property has a strong revenue stream since 2011.

@Justin Henry bclc church lending would lend to Baptist churches but you have to be affiliated with them. They don't charge loan origination fees or points neither! We just bought a church with the loan from them in Texas.

@Justin Henry I've found that life insurance companies can actually provide some of the most favorable terms for Churches, Synagogues, etc.

What LTV is that $6MM and what City is this in?

Most institutions willing to lend on a religious commercial property will limit LTV to 65% or so.
