Rental Portfolio Lenders
I just closed on a small Multifamily deal in Atlanta, GA and am looking to grow my rental portfolio. I get deals in my inbox all the time advertising larger rental portfolios of about 20+ units. However, I’m struggling with finding a lender for a portfolio with each rental purchase price at about $35K. Are there any lenders that lend on portfolios like these?
