Can FHA Loan be used for second home purchase ?
Hello everyone. I'm looking to get some clarification on whether or not I would be able to use a FHA Loan for the purchase of a second home after living in the first for a year. I have read that a homeowner cannot have two FHA Loans simultaneously. Would refinancing the first property and then in turn using FHA for the next property be a viable solution?
