Rental Refinance With Title Issues

New investor here. I have one rental property that was given to me by my father. It’s paid in full. My plan is to pull some equity out of the property to buy a house hack closer to work and make 2 more deals this year in the Philly and Delaware valley areas. During the title search the title company found 2 properties which may or may not be my fathers (I doubt it) one of which had a complaint claim in 2018, also a bankruptcy came up in the search for the property I’m refinancing, I’m named after my father and they need me to verify that the bankruptcy isn’t mine, and that I, nor my father owns these other two properties. How could I confirm the owners of these properties and the bankruptcy? My father is not able to do any of this himself and his family wouldn’t be a reliable option either. Any help is much appreciated.
